Paralegal Certificate Program - Criminal Law II
The Paralegal Certificate Program consists of 15 courses. Each course is six weeks in length and is offered once per year on Tuesday or Thursday evenings at the Marietta Campus. You may join the program at any time provided there is not a pre-requisite for the class.
This is the Criminal Law II (pre-req: Criminal Law I) – In-depth look at procedural and constitutional issues, motions to suppress, and appeal process. Also discussed: the prosecutor’s role in initiating cases and the role of the defense attorney in defending the accused, pre-trial motions and plea bargaining.
Class meets 6:30pm - 9:30pm every Thursday from April 18, 2019 - May 23, 2019.
NOTE: This program is approved for WIOA funding.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If CTC deems it necessary to cancel a class or testing session for any reason, you will be able to receive a full refund or transfer to another class date or testing session, if available.
- Requests for refunds made at least 5 business days prior to a course beginning are eligible for a full refund.
- There are no refunds for requests made less than 5 business days prior to a course beginning.
- There are no refunds for TEAS/HOBET sessions; therefore, please verify with the program advisor that you have met program requirements, are ready to take the test and that you are available for this test date.
