I understand that I must bring one form of identification on test day. Primary identification must be a government-issued, non-expired photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, State ID Card). NO EXCEPTIONS.
I understand that I must arrive 15-minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time and late arrival may not be admitted.

The following are not allowed in the testing room:

Food or drink
Cell phones or any electronic devices
Hats or bags
Any unauthorized testing aids
You are not permitted to leave the test center during the test session
You may not communicate with anyone about the content of the test
The testing room is monitored by closed circuit cameras
Some testing vendors (ETS and Prometric) require testing offices to use the security wand on the testers before entering the testing room
Disruptive behavior of any form will not be tolerated. The test administrator has sole discretion in determining what constitutes disruptive behavior
You must have a valid and acceptable ID to take the test
