Intercultural Frameworks for Increased Effectiveness with Cheryl Forster, PsyD
Learning about intercultural communication is a powerful way to start changing your own understanding of differences, ability to more confidently engage in difficult conversations, and improve your skills across cultures. Learn how to use an intercultural framework to approach differences; use it as a theoretical foundation for your work, or add it to your already established social justice toolbox. Intercultural communication is a complimentary perspective to the more well-known multicultural, diversity and inclusion, and social justice approaches. It also assists with going in-depth and getting beyond the simple do’s and don’ts in diversity work.
