If you are approved for private room testing, please call the assessment center directly at (904) 381-3754 to schedule.

Center Hours: 

Monday         9 am – 5 pm

Tuesday        9 am – 8 pm

Wednesday   9 am – 8 pm

Thursday       9 am – 8 pm

Friday            9 am - 1 pm

Saturday       9 am - 1 pm

All testing must completed prior to close of business.
