Testing Requirements & Procedures: 

• Identification Requirements: A valid photo ID is required for every exam. ID requirements vary by testing provider. In some cases, a second form of identification may be required.

• Electronic Devices: All electronic devices, including cell phones and smartwatches, must be turned off and stored in the provided locker.

• Personal Belongings: Due to size of lockers, we ask that you leave large items at home or in your car during testing.

All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 

If you are late you will have to reschedule. 

NO food or drink allowed.

Accommodations must be requested at least two weeks in advance of exam date. Documentation will need to be provided.
