After scheduling an appointment, please check your email for an appointment confirmation. Please contact the Testing Center Team if you do not receive an appointment confirmation.

*WALK-INS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AN APPOINTMENT.  TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME.

*TESTING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

*ALL TESTING CENTERS ARE CLOSED FOR LUNCH FROM 12PM TO 1PM.
