Accommodation Requests

Free Test & Professional Licensure Preparation for ILTS (Practice Vouchers)

Please note you are not registering for an exam and you will not be taking the exam through Testing Services.  This is simply a registration form to receive your free voucher to practice for your indicated test/professional licensure preparation.  In the "Choose an Exam" box, you are choosing a voucher to prepare for your indicated exam, not taking the actual exam.
