The payment options for registering online are Visa or MasterCard.
CLEP
- Georgia College is an open CLEP center, testing students for any school. Since policies regarding CLEP credit differ at various institutions, you should verify which tests are accepted by your institution.
- The total cost of a CLEP test is $105, with two separate payments.
- The test center fee of $25 is paid online and is non-refundable. You may reschedule a test session without additional charge one time if you contact the testing office at (478) 445-5016 at least one week before your original session.
- The test fee of $80 is paid prior to the test session when you register for the test on the CLEP My Account portal.
- During registration, list your name as it is shown on the ID that you will present on test day.
- Bring your registration ticket and a current government-issued photo ID, such as your driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID.
- CLEP tests are internet-based, and most are 90 minutes. The College Composition test is 120 minutes.
- You will receive a score report immediately following the test, except for the College Composition test, which includes essays that must be scored.
- It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your school to receive your official score report.
- You must wait 90 days before re-taking any exam.
- Georgia College will not award CLEP credit for a course for which a student has been previously enrolled, no matter the grade.

Graduate Writing Assessment
- The GWA test fee is $82.
- You may reschedule a test session without additional charge one time if you contact the testing office at (478) 445-5016 at least one week before your original session. If you miss your test session, you may request a partial refund of $41.
- The GWA is computer-based and is 120 minutes long. It is administered on alternating dates in Milledgeville and in Macon.
- During registration, list your name as it is shown on the official ID that you will present on test day.
- You must present one of the following forms of photo ID - driver's license, passport, government-issued ID, or school-issued photo ID.
- Your test is scored by the College of Education faculty. You will receive your score by email from the College of Education in approximately 4 weeks.

MAT
- The MAT test fee is $78.
- You may reschedule a test session without additional charge one time if you contact the testing office at (478) 445-5016 at least one week before your original session. If you miss your test session, you may request a partial refund of $39.
- The MAT is computer-based and is 60 minutes long.
- During registration, list your name as it is shown on the official ID that you will present on test day.
- Bring two forms of ID. One form of ID must be your driver's license or passport or state issued ID.
- You will receive a preliminary score report at the end of your test session. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your school to receive your score.

TEAS
- The TEAS test fee is $82.
- You may reschedule a test session without additional charge one time if you contact the testing office at (478) 445-5016 at least one week before your original session. If you miss your test session, you may request a partial refund of $41.
- Georgia College administers the online TEAS version V only. The test may take up to 3.5 hours to complete.
- Students applying to the Georgia College nursing program may take TEAS only two times in two years, and the test dates cannot be less than 14 days apart.
- During registration, list your name as it is shown on the official ID that you will present on test day.
- Before your test session, you must create an account with ATI (directions are on the TEAS page on the testing website). Bring your ATI username and password to the test session.
- Bring valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID – for example, driver's license, passport, government ID card. A student ID is not acceptable.
- You will receive a copy of your score report at the end of your test session. A copy is automatically available to the Georgia College nursing program. You may request score reports for other schools through ATI.
