You must have a valid photo ID.  (Photos of ID’s are not acceptable)

TESTING IN ALBANY:

DO NOT schedule a testing appointment for Math 50, 75, 95 or 98 courses.  These tests are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

*PAPER TESTS DO NOT NEED AN APPOINTMENT (Unless a ScreenReader is needed for testing.)

TESTING IN CORVALLIS:

*Testing in Corvallis will be by APPOINTMENTS ONLY FOR ALL TESTS.

*Testing in Corvallis for Spring Term will be located in Chinook Hall, Room 107.

If there are no time slots available for testing in Corvallis, you will need to test at the Albany campus.
