Need scores from another school?

THIS IS ONLY IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THE TSI (PLACEMENT) EXAM AT ANOTHER SCHOOL OR UNIVSERITY. 

Please fill out the attached CIR From link below and send it back to us at Kingwood.Testing@lonestar.edu.

Once we receive that form, we will go ahead and pull and enter those scores, if found, into the Lonestar College system. You will be notified once those scores have been pulled and entered through email.
