How to Cancel

NOTE: If you PAID for your exam or proctoring fee through RegisterBlast, please get in touch with the Testing Center directly to cancel your Exam Registration.

Click the My Account/ My Exams/ My History tab at the top of this page.

 Enter the email address you used to schedule your exam originally.

 You will receive an email from support@registerblast.com.

 Click the link inside the email.

 Click "Yes, cancel my registration" if you are sure you want to cancel or "Keep current registration" if you do not wish to cancel your exam.

 If you cannot cancel the appointment, please email the Testing Center your appointment date, time, and the name used to schedule the appointment.   The Testing Team will cancel the appointment manually.
