How to Cancel or Reschedule

All changes must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Call the Testing Center to make any changes after that time. Making a new appointment for the same exam does not cancel the first.

  1. Click on Cancel or Reschedule
  2. Click on the red HERE
  3. Enter the email used for the appointment – click Continue
  4. Go to and open said email – click on the link to see your History.
  5. Pick the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule
  6. To the right, pick one option *
       View Details
       View Receipt
       Reschedule
       Cancel
    *If you don’t see the options to cancel or reschedule, please call the Testing Center at (208) 676-7207
  7.     A. Reschedule
          Choose a new date and time.
          Click reschedule
          Check for confirmation email
       B. Cancel
          Read the ‘Are You Sure’ sentence and choose
    'Yes, Cancel' or 'Return to Appointment' 

        There will not be an email for Canceling
