 Policy and Procedure

Guest and Visitors: Guests and visitors are permitted on campus but must remain in the designated waiting areas during their visit.  

Pets: No pets are allowed, however, service animals are allowed to accompany their handler into the testing labs as required by law.

Unsupervised children: unsupervised children are not allowed to wait in the designate areas without supervision by a responsible adult.

Weapon and Firearms: No weapons or firearms are allowed in the testing labs.

Electronic Devices: All personal electronic devices must be turned off before entering the testing labs.  Students must also remove smartwatches and other wearable devices to prevent academic dishonesty.

Hat and scarves: Hat and scarves are not permitted in the testing labs, unless for medical or religious reasons.

Coats, Jackets, Hoodies and Sweaters: Coats and jackets should be removed when in the testing labs. These items can be stored in a designated area in the testing lab.  Hoodies and sweaters are allowed. However, hoodies must not be worn up while in the testing lab to maintain visibility of the student's face.  Large jewelry should not be worn during testing.

Note: Testing staff has the right to inspect outerwear or accessories if there are concerns about concealed items or violations of academic integrity.

No food, drink, gum, or tobacco allowed in the testing labs. Designated waiting areas for food and drinks outside of the testing labs.
