Students must adhere to UCO's Code of Conduct when utilizing the College of Business Testing Center (CBTC).

NOTE: If you need to email the CBTC (cbtesting@uco.edu), you must email from your UCO email or personal email account and NOT your D2L email account as emails cannot be received by the CBTC from D2L.

COLLEGE OF BUSINESS TESTING CENTER

The UCO College of Business Testing Center offers appointments for UCO students taking online College of Business courses on a first-come, first-served basis. All exams must be scheduled 12-hours in advance. As the student, it is your responsibility to know the date(s)/time(s) by which your exam must be completed as the requirement for your course. Exam schedules are determined by the instructor of record for each course. The UCO College of Business Testing Center is not responsible for exams scheduled outside of the permissible date/time period, unavailable appointments, missed exams, or cancellations. ***If your exam does not show available times, that means the CB Testing Center is booked and students will need to utilize ProctorU for their exam.***

ON EXAM DAY: Students must bring a valid, UCO or government-issued photo ID. You will not be permitted to take your exam without a valid photo ID. The approved forms of identification include the following:

+ UCO Student ID Card ***Preferred form of ID***
+ Driver's license or state ID with name, photograph and signature (unexpired)
+ Military ID with name, photograph and signature (unexpired)
+ International travel passport with name, photograph and signature (unexpired)
    If your passport is not written in English-language letters, you must present one of the other approved forms of ID listed
 

NOTE TO STUDENTS: Effective August 20, 2018, any student who does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time in the College of Business Testing Center will be classified as a No Show / Late and charged a $10.00 fee. This includes students who arrive more than 2 hours late to the scheduled appointment time and those who fail to cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please familiarize yourself with our NO SHOW / LATE POLICY prior to scheduling your exam.

^^^On weekends, enter through the southeast doors (facing the faculty and commuter student parking lot / College of Liberal Arts) or through the southwest doors (facing Broncho Lake / courtyard). If the doors are locked, call Campus Police at (405) 974-2345 and/or email cbtesting@uco.edu and the proctor can assist you with getting into the building.^^^

Please note: Exams are being scheduled as professors submit requests for proctoring in the CBTC each semester. If you do not see your course exams available by the first week of classes for the respective semester, please contact your professor directly.
