Trouble Scheduling?

If you are getting an error, try these steps, in order, before calling or emailing the Testing Center.

1. Make sure your browser is acceptable:  Make sure your browser is a current version of modern browser. Some common browsers include Google Chrome,  Mozilla Firefox,  Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera. 

2. Delete your cookies and refresh your browser

3. Clear your cache and refresh your browser

4. Try to register on another device

"Restricted Exam" error message
[EXAM] is a restricted exam. Your entered data does not give you access. Please check the values you entered.

If you are getting this error message, check that your name and NSHE number are entered exactly as they are on your official University records.  The system matches your name/ID against the roster provided by your professor, so nicknames and typos will be a mismatch.
