How to Request a Refund

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to GatewayTesting@unt.edu. Submitting this request will cancel your appointment as well.

Requests for a refund that are more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a partial refund, for the amount paid minus credit card processing fees (~$4-7).

Requests for a refund and cancellations that are less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and will not be refunded.

Extenuating circumstances and emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may be allowed a chance to modify their appointment. Please email GatewayTesting@unt.edu with your request and our office will review.
