If you are seeing the “All times are full” message, it means you have missed the 3 - day deadline (72 hours before the exam start time) to reserve a seat in the CTC. No exceptions will be approved.

If you receive the "All times are full" message and it is more than 3 days before the exam date, please contact CTC staff by email campustesting@austin.utexas.edu for assistance. You may have the option to work with your professor to select a different date for your exam.

Include in your email the following information:

UTEID, name of the course and unique number, day and time of the exam request, and attach a copy of your accommodation letter for the course.
