How to Cancel

You cannot cancel an exam if you paid through RegisterBlast.  You will need to directly contact the Testing Center in order to cancel an exam. 

How to Cancel Your Exam

1. Click the My Account or My Exams or My History tab at the top of this page.
2. Enter the email address you used to initially schedule your exam.
3. Click the Continue button underneath the email field.
4. In a few minutes, you'll receive an email link which is valid for 90 minutes.
5. Click the link from the email received.
6. A new window will open with your registration history.
7. Click the Cancel link.  You will have to talk with the testing center at 509-335-1744.
