Welcome to RegisterBlast. Thank you for visiting! We can help with any of your campus or institutional registration needs. But first, we'd like to share our Terms of Use.
Please read these Terms carefully. This is a binding agreement between You and RegisterBlast.com, Inc., ("RegisterBlast" or "We"). It can also be confusing! We'll try to simplify it as much as possible.
These Terms govern your use of each page of our site that link to these Terms. In these Terms, the word "Sites" refers to each of the web pages and services offered. You automatically agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Statement simply by using or logging into the Sites. RegisterBlast reserves the right not to allow you to use its services and/or products in its sole discretion at any time. By permitting you to use and utilize its Sites, does not constitute a waiver of RegisterBlast's right to permit, disallow, discontinue and/or prohibit the use of its Sites by you.
Please note that we offer a variety of services. Your use of RegisterBlast products or services are provided in accordance with law, which includes any separate executed agreement (online or offline). Those additional terms become part of your agreement with us while you use the services or log into the Sites.
A. Your RegisterBlast Accounts
You may be asked to create an account and password to use certain services or features on the Sites. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and you must provide honest and accurate information. Don't try to impersonate anyone else when you create your account. If your information changes, please update your account to reflect those changes.
In some cases, an account may be assigned to you by an administrator, like your employer or the educational institution. If you're using or logging into an account assigned to you by an administrator, additional terms may apply to your use of the Sites. Your administrator may also be able to access or disable your account without our involvement.
Your account is for your use only and should not be shared or used by anyone else. Please don't share your account with family, friends, or co-workers. We also ask that you keep your password confidential and unique from the passwords you use on other websites. If you feel your account has been compromised at any time, please let your system administrator know.
B. Privacy Matters
The personal information we collect when you sign up for services (like your name, company information, photos, etc.) may be used or shared with our group companies or our agents to help us improve the quality of our services. If you request information about our partners' products, or access their services, your personal information will be shared for marketing purposes. All of our sites are free and created for RegisterBlast customers, partners, prospects, and event attendees.
Your first name and last name may be displayed on your RegisterBlast account, which at times, may be visible to other members of the RegisterBlast community. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are entirely responsible for any activity under your account. You agree to notify RegisterBlast immediately if you detect any unauthorized use or any other breach of security involving your username and password or account. RegisterBlast will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of an unauthorized use of a username and or password or account. You agree not to attempt to hold RegisterBlast liable for the unauthorized use of a username and/or password or account for any reason.
You acknowledge and agree that any RegisterBlast forum is a public space and that your participation in such communities creates no expectation of privacy. You further acknowledge that anything you communicate in a community may be seen and used by others. You understand that our staff, outside contributors, or other users connected with us may participate in communities or other aspects of the Sites. They may use anonymous usernames when doing so. If you choose to make any of your personal information or content publicly available on a forum or anywhere on our Sites, you do so at your own risk.
C. Modifying or Terminating Our Sites
We reserve the right to make changes to our Sites at any time, with or without notice to our users. We may add or remove functionality or features, and we may delete a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge fees for any feature at any time. We’d obviously notify you ahead of time, and you'd certainly be more than welcome to stop using our Sites if you feel uncomfortable with any changes.
D. Posts and Content
From time to time, we may offer opportunities for our users to post text, photographs, videos, or other content (collectively, "Content") on the Sites. RegisterBlast is a unique community. We have a lot to offer each other! You can only post Content if you own all the rights to that Content, or if the producer of the Content has given you permission.
Simply posting your Content doesn't transfer ownership. But we value your input and might desire to share it. By posting Content, you grant us, our agents, and licensees, the irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to use, share, and publish your Content without remuneration. We can reproduce it, encode it, store it, copy it, transmit it, publish it, post it, broadcast it, display it, publicly perform it, and adapt and modify it. Please note that this license continues even if you stop using our Sites.
You agree to hold RegisterBlast harmless from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense arising out of any Content you post.
Please remember that if you send us any information, ideas, or suggestions, those communications are not confidential. We reserve the right to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such communications without any obligation to you. (Unless we agree together to hold those matters private.)
We aren't responsible for, and do not endorse, Content posted by anyone other than the RegisterBlast team. We can't be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage caused in connection with any Content posted by someone else.
E. Your Use of the Sites
Please don't use the Sites in a way that violates law, infringes on anyone's rights, is offensive, or interferes with the Sites and their state or federal features (including, but not limited to, any technological measures we employ to enforce these Terms).
We all know what's appropriate and what's not, but if we determine that you have acted inappropriately, we reserve the right to take down Content, terminate your account, and prohibit you from using the Sites. If necessary, we're willing to take appropriate legal action.
Using our Site doesn't give you ownership of any intellectual property rights to the content therein. You may not use content from our Sites unless you obtain written permission in advance from RegisterBlast, or unless you are otherwise permitted by law. When you use a Site or send communications to us through a Site, you consent to receive communications electronically. This can be through email or by posting notices on the Site. All agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement just as if it was in writing. Please note that by providing us with your email address, postal address, or phone number, you’re agreeing that we or our agents may contact you at that address or number in a manner consistent with our Privacy Statement.
F. Intellectual Property
If you believe any Content on the Services infringes your copyrights or related rights, please feel free to request that Content be removed.

G. Social Networks
The Service may include features that operate with certain third-party social networking websites you visit like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, and Twitter inter alia. You’re under their terms while visiting those sites. Make sure your use of those sites complies with any applicable terms of service or other agreements, state and/or federal law.
H. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a responsible level of care and promise to do our best to make sure you enjoy the Services. But there are certain promises we can't make.
Unless otherwise specified in these terms of service, neither RegisterBlast nor its agents or service providers make any promises about the Sites. We don’t make any commitments as to the content within the Sites, the specific function, availability, or reliability of the Sites, or the ability to have your needs met. The Sites are offered “as is.†Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
I. Liability
Except where prohibited, neither RegisterBlast nor its agents or service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Sites or use by any other person. Without limitation, these exclusions include damages for lost profits, lost data, computer failure, or the violation of your rights by any third party. This is true even if the service entities were advised of the possibility and regardless of the legal or equitable theory on which the claim is based. You agree to compensate and indemnify RegisterBlast for its reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in enforcing its agreements and these Terms of Use against you.
J. Final Details
We may make changes to these Terms at any time. Check back regularly. By continuing to use or log in to a Site after these Terms have changed, you indicate your agreement to the revised Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, you should stop using or logging in to the Sites. You hereby waive any notice of modifications of this Terms of Use in advance.
In the future, the Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content and we don't endorse those websites, or any goods or services sold on those websites. The Sites may contain ads from third-parties. We don't control or endorse any products being advertised.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under or arising from these Terms and or your use of RegisterBlast Services shall be in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts of competent jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. If a particular provision in these Terms is not enforceable, that will not affect any other provision.
RegisterBlast accepts and responds to any requests like disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion and veto of use or provision of personal information (the "Disclosure Requests") from anyone who provides his/her personal information.
