The payment options for registering online are MasterCard and Visa.

HESI Admissions Exam

To register for the HESI Admissions Exam online, follow these three steps:

  1. REQUIRED: Print and read carefully the Online Admission Ticket for HESI Admissions Exam. Click here.
     
  2. Choose your test date carefully – no refunds/no rescheduling – no exceptions.
    • Fees: $40 test fee plus $3.50 transaction fee
    • Payment methods: MasterCard/Visa
  3. RegisterBlast will email confirmation of payment to you. Print your confirmation.

Important Test Day Information

On your test date, bring the following:

  • Admission Ticket for HESI Admissions Exam
  • Confirmation of payment showing test date and time(emailed from RegisterBlast)
  • Photo ID

TSI (Texas Success Initiative) Assessment

To register for the TSI Assessment, follow these steps:

  1. REQUIRED: Before taking the TSI Assessment, you must complete Grayson College's Pre-Assessment Activities at http://tinyurl.com/mo6fjqo.
     
  2. REQUIRED: Print and read carefully the Online Admission Ticket for TSI Assessment. This ticket includes important information that you need to know. Click here now.
     
  3. Online registration information:
  • Choose your date carefully. There are no refunds/no rescheduling – no exceptions.
  • Fees: $25 test fee plus $3.50 transaction fee
  • Payment methods: MasterCard/Visa
  • RegisterBlast will email confirmation of payment to you. Print your confirmation. If you do not receive an email message from Register Blast, check your spam filter.

Important Test Day Information

On your test date, bring the following:

  • Email confirmation receipt from RegisterBlast
  • Online Admission Ticket for TSI Assessment
  • Photo ID
