Computer-Based Testing

The Computer-Based Testing Services administers a variety of computer-based and traditional paper-pencil format standardized exams to MSU students and the public. Testing services are offered at convenient times in a quiet and comfortable environment. We also provide fast and secure online registration for the exams listed below. Click on the appropriate link to register online. All online registrations are final and no refunds will be given. There is  NO Saturday testing for the following exams:

  • ACT Residual
  • CLEP - MSU offers all CLEP exams. However, click here to see which CLEP exams are accepted by MSU for credit.

    • CLEP NOTICE:  ALL CLEP exam payments must be made online through the My Account registration portal. Test-takers are still required to submit the $23 test center fee on our Registration site.
       

      Upon completing the account registration process each test-taker will print a Registration Ticket that they must present at the test center as proof of payment and for check-in information.

    • Submit the $23 test center fee via the registration site. (link below) http://www.registerblast.com/msu/exam
    • Proceed to the CLEP website to complete registration and pay the exam fee. (link below)

    • Print a Registration Ticket as proof of payment. The ticket will include a Ticket ID (used with iBT) and a Voucher ID (used with eCBT).
    • The Registration Ticket MUST be presented during check-in at the test center.

The payment options for registering online are Debit/Visa/MasterCard.

Upon a successful registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Print your confirmation receipt and bring it with you on your test date. If you do not receive an email confirmation, then there was a problem with your registration or you did not enter a valid email address.
