OHIO SOUTHERN TESTING SERVICES 

Instructors: If you are an instructor and need to submit an exam please go to the Professor Portal to submit your exam. 

Students: If you are an Ohio University student taking a proctored exam then make sure you log in at the top of the page. Appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. No walk-ins are permitted. 

If you do not see your exam then make sure you know if it was paper-based or computer-based. If you still do not see your exam please contact OHIO Southern Office of Student Services at (740) 533-4600.

By scheduling an appointment with OHIO Southern Testing Services, I understand and agree to the following: 

• I understand and agree to arrive at least 20 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals will not be admitted; I must reschedule if I am late. 

• I understand and agree that repeated no-shows may lead to restricted testing access. 

• I understand and agree to bring a valid, unexpired photo ID. I understand I cannot test without a valid photo ID. 

• I understand and agree to contact the Office of Student Accessibility Services (SAS) if I require testing accommodations and make arrangements at least one week prior to my exam. I must be registered with the Office of Student Accessibility Services (SAS). 

• I understand that I will be monitored by proctoring staff and audio/video surveillance while taking an exam. 

• I understand that testing staff cannot modify or explain exam instructions and will follow all directives as provided by the instructor.
