If you are getting an error, try these "fixes", in this order, before calling the testing center directly.  Their number is on your registration receipt as well as their website.

1. Most exams have a 2-hour time limit in RegisterBlast.  If you are trying to schedule a second testing appointment that is less than 2 hours before or after your first testing appointment, you must select a time that is at least 2 hours before or after your first appointment.  On exam day, if you finish your first exam before your next exam is scheduled to start, we will allow you to begin your next exam before its scheduled start time.

2. Make sure your browser is acceptable: Make sure your browser is a current version of a modern browser. Some common browsers include Google Chrome,  Mozilla Firefox,  Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.
