Option 1 (UHD-Northwest Campus):

UHD-Northwest Campus at LSC-University Park is an option for final exams on the UHD RegisterBlast link: http://www.registerblast.com/uhd/exam. Locate your term and select the term that says UHD-Northwest Campus. UHD-Northwest is not an option for Midterms. 

 

Option 2 (Off-Campus Testing Request):

Alternative Testing Site: For fully-online students who are interested in testing outside of UHD go to https://www.uhd.edu/testing/Documents/proctor_agreement_form.pdf. You will need to identify a suitable proctor from a local community college, college, university or a test center. Proctors may charge a fee for their services. Students are responsible for all fees incurred for the proctoring services. This form must be completed and scanned back to our office at UHDTesting@UHD.edu, by the third week prior to finals.

 

Option #3 (Online Proctoring):

ProctorU: For fully-online students who are interested in utilizing an online proctoring service. ProctorU monitors a student visually and audibly. For more information on how ProctorU works go to http://www.proctoru.com/portal/uhd/howitworks.php. Students are responsible for all fees incurred for the online proctoring services. Go to www.ProctorU.com to register, schedule and pay. ****Paper and Respondus required exams are not available on ProctorU. Professors may also restrict the use of ProctorU.****
