RESCHEDULES WITH AT LEAST 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE 

Appointments may be rescheduled through Register Blast at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment date and time.  Follow the “How to Reschedule an Appointment” instructions under the More Information section.

RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS' NOTICE

Attempts to reschedule or cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be valid and are non-refundable. 

CANCELLATION REFUND REQUESTS WITH AT LEAST 48 HOURS' NOTICE

Cancellation refund requests with at least 48 hours advance notice are eligible for partial refunds.  Requests should be sent in writing to Academic Testing and TSI Services at testing@uta.edu.  Approved refund requests will exclude credit card processing fees.  Follow the “How to Cancel an Appointment” instructions under the More Information section.

NO SHOWS:  Appointment no-shows will be treated as last minute cancellations and are non-refundable. 

EMERGENCIES AND EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Emergencies and extenuating circumstances that occur with less than 48 hours’ notice will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Approvals may result in a one-time appointment modification at no additional cost to the examinee.  The modification must be used within 30 calendar days from the original appointment date.  Submit your request to Academic Testing and TSI Services at testing@uta.edu.
