How to Request a Refund

Refund requests made with more than 48 hours notice are eligible for partial refunds. The refund will be the amount paid minus all credit card processing fees (up to $7). Please contact Testing Services in writing at testing@uta.edu in order to cancel the appointment.

Cancellations to your testing appointment with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. Appointment no shows will be treated as last minute cancellations and test fees will not be refunded

Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Valid emergencies/extenuations will result in a one-time appointment modification at no additional cost to the tester. This modification must be used within 30 calendar days from the original appointment date. Those wishing to modify an appointment must also request to do so in writing at testing@uta.edu
