Georgia State University offices will close for the Winter Break starting at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024, and will re-open on Monday, January 6, 2025. Messages received during the Winter Break will be responded to when we re-open on Monday, January 6, 2025, but due to the expected volume, responses may take a little longer than normal. Due to the office closures, the Testing Centers will be unavailable to process requests for virtual exams, nor will we have appointments for testing, during the December 20-January 5 time period. 

If you wish to test virtually between December 20, 2024 and January 5, 2025 the deadline to submit a request for a virtual exam is 4:00 pm on December 20, 2024

We cannot ensure requests received after this time will be able to be processed before our offices close for the Winter Break.

If you have applied to GSU and have a Panther ID # OR if you are 18 years old or older, please use this exam registration system to register for your exam.  

• Parents or guardians of minors (under 18) in need of proctoring who are not planning to attend GSU, please email the testing center so we can determine how we may be able to best assist you. Please note depending on who will be supervising the minor on campus, it may take 30-45 days to get approval to test the examinee; this may be expedited if the parent or guardian can stay on campus in the testing center with the minor while testing.
• If a minor is planning on testing as a dual enrollment student, please have them apply and receive a panther ID # before testing.

Any appointments made through this system for a minor (under the age of 18) that does not provide a Panther ID # will be cancelled.
