Exam Fees and Refund Policy

RegisterBlast charges a payment processing surcharge per exam. The College will cover the cost for PHSC students, although non-students will see an increase to cover the surcharge fee.

Test takers will receive a refund if they cancel their test in advance. No refund will be available for students who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice of cancellation. For all questions about test fees, contact Testing Services at (727) 816-3381 or testing@phsc.edu.
